D1 Training Finch Creek

It was our son's second session and he loves it. His trainer Tamario is super supportive and corrects technique in a positive way. My son was so excited to go. Great facility and positive environment. Clean weights and equipment looked very well kept and clean. Excited for my son's training with them for the upcoming football season

My 13 year old son has been participating in the scholastic program and has had an awesome experience. The coaches challenge the kids but make it fun at the same time. Brian and his staff provide guidance on anything you ask for - from fitness/performance to nutrition to rest/recovery. They say they want it to be a family atmosphere and they mean it. The coaches support the kids both in and out of the gym. One of the coaches recently took time out of her schedule to support my son at one of his football games. Couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Great gym with excellent trainers. Everyone is so friendly, small groups, upbeat attitudes! Workouts are fun and the coaches are so good and push you to be better each time. Must give it a try if other gyms have failed to keep you motivated. The coaches even know everyone personally which is great!

Training at D1 has been a great experience! The workouts are challenging and the environment is supportive. The coaches know what they are doing and every workout is different. I leave feeling great and know I am making progress toward the Individual goals I have set with the team. I highly recommend them whether you are just beginning or advanced on your fitness journey.

Awesome place with specialize sport training gym. I am bringing 4 children from age of 10~15. All these kids enjoy exercising at D1 gym. I have also seen improvement in my son tennis after joining D1 gym. Special thanks to Coach Quinten taking children class. He engage kids in exercising with gaming spirit and fun. Also he does pays special attention to make sure kids doing sports exercising in correct posture
